Was disappointed with the service, had to follow up on everything and never got called back even when leaving a reasonable time for them to call back. The final straw was being told i was due a tax refund and that it would be in my account on the Friday after a months of hassels and no email notifications to let me know they were holding the money from my tax returns for 2 previous tax years as outlined on their website. I then got a phone call on Saturday after calling to check why it had not been paid only to be told i was infact not due a tax return for the 2010-2011 year which i knew was untrue i hadnt't worked a full year. I switched to another company who investigated my claim and delt with it promptly to find i was due a return ( around $300 which is alot if you are a student like me ). I strongly recommended to George ( The owner? or Manager?) that he reviews his staff and procedures more carefully - i shouldnt have to repeat my name letter for letter 3 times when its a pretty straight forward name having to repeat it 6 times overall made me question the competence of the staff handling my financial tax items. If you haven't been contacted by them after using them to do the tax return i recommend you do so or it will sit in their national bank account even if you have filled in all your payment details. I hope they use this feedback to improve their customer service and procedures.
