Any chance of providing a SAFE walk/ cycle track between Silverstream bridge and Manor Park on the Western Hutt Road. This would have to be the most dangerous streach of road to cycle on with fast cars and heavy trucks passing within a whisker. Maybe clearing a track from under the bridge thru to the golf course. Many thanks Nigel Clifford 0272311970
