I finished the Bootcamp 2 weeks ago and have to say I loved it and am missing it. I was very apprehensive to start -wondering if I could keep up with the group. Hamish and Jade were extremely supportive, in that they accommodate all levels of fitness but got the best out of everyone. I highly recommend the bootcamp and will re - enrol in the New Year.
