It is actually 'Fratelli' and I celebrated my 60th birthday with my family on a Tuesday where you can have a 'Fratelli' feast ... 3 courses for $35.00. The food was divine and the service was first class. A buzzing place and one I want to recommend!

We were greeted by females who were not very friendly (though the 2 young student girls were friendly). Even though the restuarant was completley empty, they insisted that we sit at a small two seater table - there were so many other more comfortable tables to choose from, but they wouldnt allow it. No one brought us water (even though we asked for it) we eventually got our own from another table. My partner had the duck two ways and i had the beef fillet. Both tasty, a little on smaller side portion wise and for price. A few more couples came in and they too were also seated on small two seater tables close to us, which was almost crowding everyone in one small spot. A couple came in and were seated, then they decided to leave possibly becuse they didnt like their seats either. Quite strange - they kept the four and six seater tables and booths empty - not sure why you wouldnt seat customers where they want to sit if the restuarant was empty - it doesnt cost them anything right? Overall, quite average for the price and not the warmest service. Wouldnt go back.

Great service, Great decore, ambience and music. Food choice gave very interseting options and all were prepared and presented in a very professional manner. All courses were very tasteful.

My partner and I have dined several times at Hazel and decided to go again last Friday night, and as usual it was no disappointment. The service was great, the environment was warm, the food& dessert was delicious and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend the oven-roasted duck with kumaras and green beans. It is tender, appetising, tasty and very nicely presented, like all the other mains. I will definitely, no doubt be going back to Hazel again!

The maitre d' was super nice and upbeat. Food was tasty and was really nice going somewhere with a different country's cuisine. Also they serve their meals with sharing in mind, so small plates with 4 portions. was a lovely way to do things. Down falls were the place was a bit cold, and bright, and also the price. although cheap per plate, adding a number of dishes together to get a full meal to fill yourself up does become a little bit pricy. There were 2 of us that went for dinner, we had a glass of wine and one beer. spent $90 and left still feeling a bit peckish. Overall we loved that we tried something new and different, and the food was tasty.
