115 Brougham Street, Mount Victoria, Wellington

I do not want to give them even a half star. Because of the over-booking I could not stay in the room as I booked. Taking over 10 min to check in, but there was no explanation about over-booking. First day, I satyed in a downgraded room. I claimed about it and stayed in upgraded room on the second day, then charged extra. I also claimed about it but the accomodation just said 'We often have over-booking, but nobody has claimed about it'. I have got no apology about all the inconvenience by over-booking.
