Sun Tanning in Wellington City

I purchased a 'Daily Deal' for Eyelash Extensions and was disappointed when I had them done at Classic Tan. I had requested short lashes and walked out with long spidery lashes that touch my brows when open, and look ridiculous from side on. I questioned the lady at completion of applying the lashes, saying they looked quite strange (It was my first time having had them done), and she quickly said they were the shortest they had available. These ones are 10mm. My friend is a therapist in Wellington at another salon, and she was amazed when she saw my lashes - especially when I told her this was the shortest I could get at Classic Tan. She said most salons offer 7mm, 9mm as well. I'm really very annoyed, as if Classic Tan did not have the look I requested they should have informed me, and given me the option to wait till they had more in stock. Now, I have to wait till the lashes fall out as apparently they look even worse if you cut them (blunt). Very disappointed, as I called up when I got home to ask for them to redo them... was not expecting a refund, yet they said 'We can not give you a refund as you purchased the offer on Groupy' - how is this legal?!
