Veterinarians in Waitakere City

Not too impressed with this vet...My sister took her last 2 puppies of 11 for the 2nd shots. Vet wormed them before weighing them.. my sister commented about knowing the correct dosage without weighing...answer he had been doing the same thing for the last 30yrs..fair comment. Later after weighing only 1 puppy he turned to give me a lecture "if any vet was worth his weight they would just know" on 5kgs (it was slightly more) being the exact weight for the tablet given right at the beginning and how we wouldnt tell a doctor how to do his job-. 2nd puppy wasnt weighed - even though she was the the lightest of the litter (frm first vac's) there was also a note in her book about her back legs collapsing in her book..he didnt address this. She is on antibiotic's not what is on the packaging but something similiar they had run out of what is on the packaging..(that is what he told us). She could have nothing serious or something very serious - no swab taken ...I am guessing that if it dosent clear up then take her back...it wasnt said. But any vet worth their weight would know that owners love their pets like their children and want them taken care of completely...They are definately the cheapest around but I think it reflects their service....
