In my view Carl Dibble is not only Incompetent, he needs to learn how to shampoo his filthy looking hair. I still remember his words: "Come on Janice, Judges are intelligent people, there were witnesses. Your perception is warped." This was because he felt I should believe the lies Dr Georgie Robert Burling-Claridge told because the judge believed it. Well, Mr Dibble, in my view it is your perception that is warped. Just prior to Christmas the solicitor that handled my case was found guilt of misconduct by the law society. This has given me the confidence to write a concise comprehensive report that matches up several false declarations to documented evidence that proves they were false. Last year someone got 2 years and 8 months for making a false statement to the family court. Carl it was my daughters Francine and Danielle that have been badly let down by you. You were assigned by Judge Cocurello to assist in bringing about a reconcilliation between my daughters and me and Robert was requested by the judge to take a back seat in the procedure. Yet you seemed to think your task was to be punitive towards me. You completely crushed me at the time. In my view you shouldn't still be practising. In future, just do the job you've been assigned to do for the sake of the young people involved. Janice Burling-Claridge
