Horribly unprofessional staff. I was trying to find a park and accidentally got stuck in their private parking lot at the back. While attempting to reverse, accidentally hit the curb and did significant damage to my left bumper. A nurse and a receptionist were standing in the window laughing. The receptionist came outside and told me off for parking in their private space. When I said I was trying to leave the tight space & that I had damaged my car she replied "obviously" and left. Both of them continued to laugh at me through the window as I tried to leave. I am a professional myself and found this behaviour utterly disgusting. As a potential new client (I have just started work in Hamilton), there is no way I will ever step foot in this dental surgery. I certainly will be letting everyone I know how unprofessional and callous the staff are. The decent thing to do would have been to ask if I needed help.
