We booked a truck for moving a fortnight in advance, and a couple of days out they called us to see if we stil needed the truck. Now when we made the booking, we where informed that we could pick the truck up on the friday avo, so it was there for a early start on sat morning. So we picked it up on the friday at mid-day, we where never informed that we needed to bring the truck back by 10am sat, and so at 9.30 the receptionst started calling us wondering how far away we where for because there had been such a huge demand for these trucks, they didnt turn anyone away, instead they booked 3 people for the one truck, for one day. When we brought the truck back we where greated by a verbally aggresive woman, claiming that we where selfish. The truck was returned before mid-day as was the original agreement, it was'nt our fault that they got greedy, and than tried to prassure us into moving a house fill of furniture within a couple of hours. I do not recommend this company at all.
