*$10 Corkage per person is too much! *Outstanding food! (and thats coming from a chef) *Great service! Details: My partner and I went on a sunday evening and it was moderately busy, with a pleasant enough decor but not amazing. The service throughout the whole night was great, without being intrusive. It took a little bit longer than expected for our entree's to arrive, but when they did they were wonderful! My pate was one of the best ever and her coconuty chicken dish was very good. For mains my dukkah crusted chicken was delicious, with warm nutty flavours through the dish. My partner's steak was very well prepared, flavourful but tender. The accompanying gravy was wonderful, with just enough of the underlying blue cheese to make it stand out. No deserts this trip, though we were tempted given the quality of the rest of the food. One nice touch was the prices- the same for all entrees, all mains, and all deserts. Made working out the bill easy! Despite the $20 corkage, I still left a tip for the chefs and another for the waiting staff. I would recommend.

A great variety of classic kiwi meals, very tasty food and a very clean and friendly atmosphere. A great place to go for birthday dinners as they offer discounts. Our regular family spot for casual dining, definitely recommend to others A+

This is a wonderful restaurant. With it's relaxing atmosphere, pleasant surroundings, contemporary design and approach, this place is an absolute must. Food: delicious Wine: sensational Staff: pleasant Added bonus: you can buy their wine and it's worth every cent!

Fantastic family restaurant! We are locals who have been coming to this restaurant for a long time. The staff are always friendly, approachable and knowlegable, plus the food is awesome. A big thumbs up to Huka Falls Restaurant for making every visit an enjoyable one. Definitely recommended to anybody who wants to enjoy good food, good wine and a good view!

Very impressed with the service and the food. Try the lamb ribs. To die for :) Excellent environment as well. Loved it!
