This has got to be the region's most underated movie theatre experience. Big comfy armchairs, loads of cushions, plunger coffee and plush footstools. We went one night and I'd got the movie wrong, I'd looked at the wrong night's listings. But, how obliging is this? They ushered us into the smaller theatre and played the movie we wanted - just the 2 of us, got the air conditioning right for us before they played the movie, and delivered us a coffee. If you are visiting Motueka, you must go Gecko!
