We fly our two cats to Pets Haven from Christchurch and they are very well taken care of. The owners are fully devoted to the animals and genuinely seem to love their job! Also, our friends were advised by a local Nelson vet to take their dogs to Pets Haven and they were thrilled with the care their dogs received. I would not hesitate to recommend Pets Haven to anyone! Note: Sometimes animals get stressed when in care and it is not uncommon for them to lose weight.
