Really great beers, super ribs and chicken wings. What more can you want? There is often good music too. A great place to relax and unwind and they let you eat your fish and chips from across the way here too as long as you have a beer of course. ANd who wouldn't want to. My favourite - Wheat Beer mmmmm....... maybe I should just pop down there now.

we arrived for brunch on easter sunday at 9.30,the boss was still vacumming, and usually opening was 10am! However, he didnt turn us away, instead supplying our coffees and then a lovely meal of bacon/eggs etc. to 4 adults also provided a highchair for the grandie.This is a great spot for good food at reasonable prices, we will go back again when in the bay.

WE had a special family birthday at Three Rooms, they gave us a special side room, just for us, which meant we did not have to compete with other diners noise. The food was exceptional, worthy of a international restaurant, the service was attentive without being over the top (a lovely youn french waiter!) And the price was great they do a special deal for 2 or 3 courses. A great night was had by all. I would have no hesitation in recommending Three Rooms Restaurant to anyone.

most times ive been just after they open and there's still dirty dishes, glasses and wine bottles on the table from the night before BUT the food is amazing, never have to wait long and staff are friendly, great prices and the lunch menu is great.

FROM ICONIC TO PATHETIC. HOT Mamas cafe was once a colorful, lively iconic venue of Motueka. Those times are long gone. It has now been turned into a sterile, blend and tasteless venue. To top that, the simple menu has been simplified even further by removing the tasty burger menu; it now consists basically of pizza, pasta or noodles, steak or fish and chips; and that's it as far as main goes. As if this was not bad enough, the owner will take your plate from you and kick you out if you complain about a 40 minutes wait for steak and chips. And I'm not making this up, that is what happened to my partner and I last night as we wanted to try the place under the new management. We both work in the service industry, we know the customer is always right, and this was simply an unacceptable behavior. Although we were some of the lucky ones, as I should specify our wait was minimal compare to some other tables. A couple in particular was already sitting down waiting for there meal when we arrived; they were still waiting when we left over an hour later. I suspect they may still be waiting. My advice is stay well clear of HOT MAMA's for now.
