Very unpleasant experience with this business. Asked for hams and got baconned! Promises to make good with provision of ham (not just any ham but our families Christmas ham) were not honored as they did not like us getting upset at losing our meat that we had so lovingly cared for for so many months. These guys need to get a system in place that they don't mess up peoples orders in the first place, and also be professional to handle upset customers and make good on their mistakes. If you want reliable & friendly service go somewhere else!
