I have found this organization to be well run with knowledgeable staff who are able to not only answer questions but also are happy to direct you to other services that I.V.U's may require. They are very friendly in that they are willing to stop and talk to clients in a non-judgemental manner that is generally very rare with people who deal with drug users. A top service provided by top people. My only complaint is the location of the office in a busy street that makes one a little paranoid because you are unable to see if the premises are under surveillance
