Due to family circumstances, we were placed under immense stress to sell the family home within a three month period. We placed the property with an agent, unfortunately our experience with this agency was less than satisfactory. We were very satisfied with the outcome and the advice readily given as to legal details and costs were clearly explained at the outset.
