Absolutely horrible horrible service!! I took my dress to be altered for my ball and had to continue to go back again and again because the 'seamstress' could not get the hem straight for the life of her! I had to go back 3 or 4 times before finally getting my dress back without the lining hanging out and even then the dress was still crooked at the bottom and did not hang evenly. I even found a couple of pulls on my dress which were certainly not there before I took it in. The seamstress continued to make pathetic excuses like 'it's a very difficult fabric to work with'....well um hello?? You are a SEAMSTRESS but obviously not a professional one, so do not expect excellent service from Bernina when wanting a dress altered as you will not get it.
