I booked an appointment to get my hair done at Arrowtown Hair for a wedding that I was attending. I asked for some soft curls to be put in my hair and the woman who did my hair had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She didn't know how to curl with a GHD and put tight small curls in my hair with kinks everywhere from where she had started the curl. She was so useless another younger girl offered to help and she was better but the damage was done and they couldn't undo it. I was charged more than the price quoted on the phone due to the extended time it took, however this extra time was because the other girl was trying to fix the terrible job the first women them had done. All in all they did not listen to my comments or accept they had done a bad job and not all what I asked for. A family member also had an updo done at the same time which looked like something out of the nineties and had to be fixed at home. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Do not book here if you are from out of town you will be severely disappointed. I only wish I had refused to pay.

Hi, I had terrible experience in Linda's hairdresser shop. I have asked for specific type of perm and showed the picture. Linda her self agreed to take the job and said that I will look like on tghe picture. In reality it looks like grown perm with lots of little curls at the bottom. When I came to show that this is absolutelly not what I have asked for and asked for my money back, Linda got very angree and refused, because no way I can look like on the picture... Even though it was exactly what promissed. Do not go to this haiordressed! Not pleasand experience! And Linda does not like admitting she is wrong!!! This is by far the worst experience in my life!!!!
