Taxis in Porirua City

Zero!!!! After waiting 2 hours and 8 phonecalls to Overland Taxis, I am furious!!! They have ruined the one night that me and my partner decided to actually go out in months. Absolutely disgusted and upset!!!!!

Have had a number of bad experiences with this taxi company. Once rung for a taxi and waited over an hour for it to turn up - when I rung back up I was told I might be better off walking, as the taxi was going to be another two hours. Last night, after the rugby world cup, our taxi driver spent the entire ride abusing everyone in the car, refused to take direction (as she clearly did not know where to go, and when we told her the correct way she got angrier), did not have her meter on for the entire time and then tried to charge us $80. We finally asked her to pull over so we could get out and simply walk the rest of the way home (as walking through the neighbourhood at 4am was preferable to being shouted at in very bad English), and then the taxi driver decided she would follow us in the car and shout abuse at us the entire way home, disturbing the neighbours as well.
