Buildings - Maintenance in Porirua City

This reference is for Lyall Stairmand of Total Home Services Ltd, who recently did some maintenance work on my home. This included repairing/plastering holes in the walls, making a new trap door into the ceiling space, pulling back the carpet and cutting a hole in the floor of one bedroom to allow access for the insulation installers and making good on completion, painting the hall ceiling and doorway ceiling. On the outside of the house waterblasted and then removed rust, sanded, primed the rust on the weatherboards, around the windows, garage, decking and other fixings with zinc oxide. Repaired cracked weatherboards, removed and repaired some minor rot, and repaired cracks in the chimney. They also painted most of the weathersides of the outside of the house, including the windows and patch painted where needed elsewhere on the house. My natural timber letterbox was sanded extensively and polyurethaned - looks fabulous now. They worked very hard and always turned up on the days specified. They always cleaned and tidied up at the end of each day, they were always polite and very willing workers.
