"Cedarlite came up with a drawing for a new room MUCH better than the one I had proposed. A combination of the revised plan and I guess Cedarlite having its own factory saved me about $30,000 compared to another quote. The job was finished within the quote and by the date requested. What is more, I was out of town and even so found I was kept up to date on progress, etc. What more can you ask for. Emily"

We were originally going to build with a competitor house building company (Jennian Homes), but it was the start of the recession, and wanting to get the best value for money, we thought it was prudent to have a look at another option. We visited DW Home's show home in Waiuku and were impressed with its quality and layout. We had our own plans and proceeded down the path of getting it priced up. Right from the start DW Homes were very professional and easy to deal with. They were quick to get back with estimates and we were impressed that the owner Damian was so involved, he showed us work in progress homes and completed houses to show us how our house would be built. We made the decision to build with DW and have absolutely no regrets. The house was finished ahead of schedule and slightly under the initial budget. It was important to us that the house come in on budget and that the contract we signed was fixed. We have been in our house now 10 weeks and absolutely love it. We have had so many positive comments from friends, neighbours and complete strangers. I would have no hesitation recommending DW to anyone wanting to build a home. Thank you, Melanie & Jon Kyle

Very easy process and I know exactly how much it would cost without even having to call anyone. Highly recommended.
