Shopping in Otago

I rang this business to enquire about one of there products. (07/08/2007) I asked to speak to the business owner and was replied with a very rude tone: "yes i am the business owner, but you cant speak to me" i then asked why? and she said "because she works in a shop, and she has customers in her shop" Unaware that i was a potential customer, inquiring about a product to purchase. I did not get to finish my call as i was so rudely spoken to and then disconnected. I find this extremely rude, i dont understand how a business owner would not be interested in a phone inquiry as it is still beneficial for them (sale). I will never enter or phone this shop again. This business has done nothing to prove to me they want my business or any business of that matter. If this is how they conduct themselves with every caller, then i do not know how they are still open!!!
