Was in a dialogue with this store to buy some skis and was under the impression that they would be holding them for me. Customer service informed me that "different staff over the weekend" had sold them to someone else and they were now out of stock. Bad internal communication leads to bad customer service. I will not be shopping here again as this caused me to miss out on the next best deal that another supplier was offering. Not happy
