I used to go here when I was an exchange student at Otago. I looked at another spa in Dunedin and just got a bad vibe from them- all I asked for was a price list and they seemed dismissive, like my business didn't matter. At first I wrote off Je! as being too fancy, but when I went inside everything looked so clean and the receptionist- who turned out to be the owner- seemed so friendly! She answered all my questions so nicely that I booked my appointment the first time I walked in. I think my first waxer was Hannah, I went in for a Brazillian and she was so helpful, polite, and friendly. She was very attentive to making sure she got all the left over wax off. The other waxers I had there were quieter and occasionally missed one or two hairs but they were very quick (in a good way). If I could go back- or bring Je! over here to the States- I would!
