Went to Cadillac Club with my partner, $20 each entry. The music and DJ were great, everything else was average. We left after less than an hour due to boredom. After being reassured by the doorman that a girl should be on the stage at all times, twice there was no one. The girls that did come on stage were obviously bored and the routines were, well, routine. We were not talked to or approached once, and there was a severe lack of girls to punters. On our way out, asking for a refund were told "Sorry mate, there's two stag parties in there". Perhaps true, but this doesn't mean we should leave bored.

Red rock is one of those places where you're exactly where you need to be, either after a hard day at work, or on a warm sunday afternoon for a lazy lunch. Personally we always went there the day after a big night out, to feast on their $10 All Day Breakfast, which included 2 eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, tomato and toast. An amazing feed. Add with that some of the best Cider on tap there is to be had in Queenstown, cruisey reggae/dub/low-fi tunes. Makes for a great atmosphere. 2 different styles of surroundings to be had when outside, either perched up near a fireplace, surrounded in a canopy of trees, or around the otherside sitting at outdoor tables soaking up the hot NZ sun. Inside is decorated with vintage cowboy style numberplates, gas signs, bar signage, etc. Bar staff are always welcoming and treat you as part of the family, especially if you make it your local. Venue includes a pool table, good specials, hot fireplace and great food!
