It has been a fantastically good arrangement for my salon In Chicago. The polite, efficient English speaking staff are available 24/7/356. What set them apart was a large part of their business is with the salon / spa industry. Other answering services would handle everything from infomercial orders to insurance companies. The staff are very familiar with our terms, so questions about glossing or high lights do not stump them! Most importantly the owner Justine is a very much a hands on leader. Any time I have need to chat she has been right on it personally. It has been one of the best business moves I have ever made!
