I was very discusted with the service that I received today at the Kaikohe woolworths. I unloaded my trolley and put all my grocieies onto the counter, the checkout operator put them through, packed them and put them onto the floor, by the time I had unloaded my trolley I could not move it in front of the checkout as all of my shoppimg that was dumped onto the floor had fallen out of the bags, I made a coment to one of the ladies asking if this was normal practice now, in the past when I have a big load of shopping they go and get another trolley, and to make things worse she didnt even crack a smile. We all work and we all get tired but I have never treated a customer this way before. Regards Jillian
