I write with three years of experience consisting of half a dozen visits to this business. I was given incorrect information on a wood burner while accessing purchasing decision making,anyone can make a mistake but Decor Frame N Heat had an indifferent couldnt care less attitude. I did not buy the wood burner because of this experience. They supplied me with a few parts that I feel would have been difficult to obtain elsewhere thereafter and for their stockkeeping I commend them. In March 2012 I ordered in stock but cut to size fire tile and was told to pick up at the end of the day, but it was not cut so not available on time. I was told to pick it up at the end of the next day, which I arrived at 4.45 pm. It was not cut and ready .Reluctantly it was cut and when given to me I was told to " cut it to size myself". Because I found this unacceptable (we had contractually agreed on measurement and service) I related my experience of poor attitude, poor reliability and poor business like service to the three staff present and the response was " then dont buy it ". This is exactly what I did after telling them that the loss of their customer patronage was what they had achieved with me and bode ill for their viability and reputation. I asked who was the Proprietor, but was refused a reply. It was more than a "Bad Day" at Decor Frame N Heat experience. By Decor Frame N Heat not providing me with an avenue to communicate with the Propietor, I use this method to provide feedback on unreasonable and unacceptable business practice.
