The online selection & customising process was easy to use and a proof was sent for my approval. I had a very frustrating 2 weeks after the order though as numerous phone calls, messages and emails trying to find out when the item would arrive or where it was were completely ignored. The stamp ink smudges also, even items left overnight the ink is still wet in the morning. I would definately not recommend them.
