Retail Stores in New Plymouth City Centre

I was recently in New Plymouth on family business, and I popped into The Woolshed, and recognized Nancy, a most helpful and obliging young lady whom I had gone to school with. I was looking for something warm as I had arrived without a coat and the weather turned unseasonally freezing. Nancy went out of her way to show me products she had in store and offered to procure any style or size I wanted if she didnt have it on the shelf. Not only did she offer every assistance, she went out of her way to tell me if I was driving passed and the store was shut,it didnt matter what day or time, just phone and she would open up for me. Now this is service! I do not know of any other business in the world where upon a call, the shop is opened personally to cater for one's needs! Amazing! Just Amazing! Nancy has a wide variety of goods at excellent and competitve prices, and for the overseas traveller she offers tax free sales! Something that even the big retail stores locally seem unable to arrange. Without a doubt I can strongly reccommend this "Family Friendly Business" with its individual touch and personalised attention! Its a joy to see! And I cant congratulate them enough for their attention to detail and friendly service!! Well done Nancy you put New Plymouth Family businesses on the map! You are a perfect 10 !
