Brian Dodds covers a lot of territory in a few pages and this has inspired me to do further research into some of the areas he covers. Hi my name is Karen, I am 33 years of age! I was a smoker for 18 years of my life ! Almost my whole adult life. "Now I love being smoke free". I tried countless times to stop Smoking! Over and over again... I keeped telling myself I will stop tomorrow.My Friends would laugh and say they have heard that so many times from me, " What ever!" The more I said I would stop, the more my brain would play tricks on me,to make me smoke more or to create a problem in my life so that I had a great excuse to go and buy some smokes- It happened so many times. The mind is a powerful thing. I read books to stop smoking, tried patches 3 or 4 times. I'd take the patch off and have a sneaky smoke with my friends. I had to do this for MYSELF, AND NOW I love being SMOKE FREE! I came and saw Shekinah at Blossom House...She did her Hypnotherapy magic on me!
