The MIssion Estate Winery Restaurant offers the ultimate in service, food and venue. Having visited this restaurant on many ocassions, be it for the romantic intimate dinner or the corporate function, I have yet to fault this impeccable restaurant. The menu is seasonal, with always the freshest produce available. It is creative whilst still catering for all palates so I have been able to take young people and vegetarians there and not had concerns that there would be limitations for their needs. On special occassions, I have been able to mention this and the staff have always added special little touches to celebrate, for example writing in chocolate on the dessert plate happy anniversary. The venue is sublime for its views over Napier and the vineyards, or the building itself which is of historical significance. When you dine at The mission you are always treated like an old friend on arrival as they seem to remember everyone, but at the same time act with professionalism and respect and do not intrude on your evening. I would recommend this restaurant to all, be it wedding or rendevous, you wont be disappointed.
