After staying at another Luxury Hotel prior to our visit to this place, it was quite a shock and unbelievable that the two could come under the same category. We were quite disappointed with the whole package. The bathroom was actually smaller and not as well appointed as the one we have at home. The staff had obviously no training and quite unprofessional at best. There was hardly any activities on offer and the one we came for, the fly fishing, was not as described via their agents website – quite the opposite. There was no trophy fish on offer, in fact we ended up fishing for fish same size as at home! Travelling all that distance to get to this place and finding that it was everything but what was advertised was a major downfall.
