Robyn was recommended to us by a professional in the industry, and we are very pleased to have contracted her to help us with our garden make over. We opted to go only as far as Concept Plans - with the Landscaper using these to build the project. However in hindsight I would recommend using Robyn to project manage - this would have saved time and money, and avoided the frustration of having to redo features that did not quite get built as on plan! Robyn was great to work with - she spent time really listening to our aspirations for the garden, and was well grounded in the practicalities of our site, coupled with the financial constraints we placed on the project. Robyn gave us options, and was able to point out pros and cons - without being tied to her own sense of best design. We appreciated Robyn's skills of negotiation when she came back in part way through the project to help bring the builder back to plan and ensure we did not settle for a less than satisfactory outcome. Our project was always going to be a work in progress - we have planted it ourselves, and are continuing to develop the site as finance allows - however Robyn was able to support us in this process and encouraged me to have the confidence to work with my ideas and create my own garden!
