Chris at Stems is so helpful and I got over 570 roses at a great price, flew them in baggage down on Jetstar (AirNZ would be a better idea tho). And arranged 30 table posies, 5 bridal bouquet and 6 pinholes for a fraction of the price of a professional florist. I estimate I saved about $1,000 not to mention the cost to the environment buying local and doing it this way. The bride composted the stems and leaves and potpourried the petals ( oh and I stashed the groom with some left over petals and he ran her a romantic bath in their honeymoon suite that night!
