Hi Paul, Thanks much for your letter. We are indeed very pleased with your recommendation to install the semi-frameless door. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We cannot imagine having to mop up our wooden floor after every shower should we have gone ahead with the frameless door, without your advice. We would like to add that your installer was top class - very professional, extremely tidy & meticulous, not to mention the superb workmanship. We were originally going to build with a competitor house building company (Jennian Homes), but it was the start of the recession, and wanting to get the best value for money, we thought it was prudent to have a look at another option. We visited DW Home's show home in Waiuku and were impressed with its quality and layout. We had our own plans and proceeded down the path of getting it priced up. Right from the start DW Homes were very professional and easy to deal with. They were quick to get back with estimates and we were impressed that the owner Damian was so involved, he showed us work in progress homes and completed houses to show us how our house would be built. We made the decision to build with DW and have absolutely no regrets. The house was finished ahead of schedule and slightly under the initial budget. It was important to us that the house come in on budget and that the contract we signed was fixed. We have been in our house now 10 weeks and absolutely love it. We have had so many positive comments from friends, neighbours and complete strangers. I would have no hesitation recommending DW to anyone wanting to build a home. Thank you, Melanie & Jon Kyle

Absolutely fantastic company - very prompt, professional and overall very cost effective. We are very happy with the outcome of our roof painting - it has totally changed the look of our house and helped beautify our house. We are constantly getting compliments from neighbours and we have had no hesitation in recommending the services of Kowhai Quality Coatings to all.
