Natural Therapy in Marlborough

Life had been getting more and more negative before I went to see Erena. My negative reactions and thought processes re how siblings were behaving were starting to manifest into physical discomfort in my stomach. My bowels were out of routine and I wasn't eatting properly. I knew I needed help. I only had two sessions with Erena and they help me find my equilibrium again. Although I still have some discomfort when I eat wheat, my thoughts are happier. The wheat issue is another area Erena may be able to help me with. A life coach and a chiropractor both recently reiterated what Body Talk does and pointed out to me the different areas we get our energy from. If one is out of balance everything else is too. When I look back at times in my life where I haven't felt balanced on all levels, I realise now one area was effecting all others. Fix those and life gets back ontrack again. Thank you Erena.
