Around 1996 to 1997 that was the time when your pies were so nice and yummy. To be honest with you, I dont buy big ben pies anymore because its not the same as those times. I like buying the irvines pies now. I dont know if its just me, but if you can go back and consider the correct recipe that you used before then it will be best. There's hardly any cheese in your pies now and they are not so tasteful as the 1996 to 1997 ones. Sorry but you said be honest. Leah - 02102549884
