Radius medical are anything but professional. They are more concerned about finacial gain then they are about the patient in my experiences. I have lodged a number of complaints and have recently discovered that I am not the only one who has experienced poor quality service from Radius medical. They discriminate with prejudice and I wouldn't recommend Radius medical to any families who are seeking a professional top quality service. This service including management and certain doctors need to be audited and reviewed properly. Please do yourself and your family a favour and utilise other medical services out there in the Palmerston North region. signed Victim of discrimination.
