I've been through a couple of training sessions now with Paul and have also spoken to his wife a number of times over the phone. In all cases i have found them very polite and friendly, and have never had any such issues mentioned. As for his training methods, he helped me to turn my dogs behavior around by teaching me how to train her properly (baring in mind i have only had a couple of sessions with him!). Prior to seeing Paul i had been to a number of other trainers that i found to be utterly useless, nice people but all their methods were ineffective. I was finally referred to Paul through another Dog trainer as the "man for the job", which he more than proved to be! If i had not been through Paul's school i would have ended up having to shoot my pup as her behavior was escalating to such a point she would have either attacked my wife or me. Our family now enjoys the company of a beautiful, contented and happy dog that would have otherwise been put down, what an absolute waist in my opinion! As far as his web site is concerned, what you see is what you get. He guarantees results or your money back in full! During our first session he wouldn't even accept any money from me till our session was complete and i was totally happy with what i had been taught and shown. I highly recommend Paul Hutton to anyone wanting real results in dog training and handling.

I called in the services of Sarah to help us with our small dog that was misbehaving in a lot of different ways and had become out of control which was affecting the whole family. Sarah's advice was fantastic and it was obvious she had a great understanding of dogs, their behaviour and what it means. I found her friendly, easy to talk to and she listened to everything I had to say. She even gave me tips to help with our other dog who was not misbehaving but needed a bit if training. What she got the dogs doing in a very short period of time was amazing and I would recommend Sarah to anyone who has a puppy or grown dog that needs to learn how to train their dog properly, or needs a bit of help with any behaviour issues they may have.
