Wow what an amazing dinner. The Peking duck is to die for, and coming from a non duck lover is truly a high accolade. The service was impeccable, we wanted for nothing. The wine list is brief but does the job and no ridiculously priced like other auckland restaurants. The mains were also gorgous, the best chinese greens with garlic sauce. We highly recommend this restaurant, old world chinese restaurant with modern touches. Enjoy.

Fantastic meal - and they are BYO - despite it not being mentioned on their website. Would highly recommend this place - great atmosphere and outstanding food.

Went here last year for my 18th birthday. Really great place! The atmosphere was perfect, option of a nice private table and there was a live band playing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the time we stepped foot into the restaurant. The band even played me Happy Birthday as the waiter had realised it was my birthday! The food was very good with generous proportions. Ever main comes with two sides of your choice which was great. My partner had steak which he devoured quickly, whilst I chose Canelones de espinaca which was delicious! On top of that, they have a great selection of drinks and the Flan mixto/ creme brule we had for desert was extremely neatly presented and delicious! Furthermore the owner of the restaurant was very friendly and even came and asked us how our meals and dining experience was. Would recommend to everyone!

Service is impeccable, food is of excellent quality and wines are superb but you do pay for that. It's all a bit stuffy for my taste - it offers 'fine' dining so its all a bit hushed voices and polite conversation whereas I tend to prefer a more lively, relaxed atmosphere. You are paying substantially for the fine-dining experience. If that's you, then this is the place to go.
