Please ensure that the infestation of cockroaches and rats that were in this place (late December '06) have been eradicated before confirming your booking. It is a lovely site but the absentee owner (there were caretakers looking after the place when we were there) has shown little sympathy, stated that 'it has never happened before' but then went on to say that the whole area is over run with rats. Not a pleasant experience-especailly when the rats feel secure enough to come into the lounge and watch a bit of TV with you.
