I first contacted ABC Nutrition in late 2010. I was grossly overweight, and with a heart condition to boot i was in big trouble. I made an appointment to see a nutrionist , Angela. Angela forensically examined my diet, eating habits, and reasons for my obesity, all with genuine concern and a dose of empathy. She managed to get to the root of my problems with food and set about tailoring a specific eating plan for my body type, and lifestyle.She even took me on a supermarket tour to educate me on the right foods to buy! I am glad to report approx 7 months later i have dropped 24 kilos of weight, and reduced my blood pressure from 170/110 to 130/90.
