Over the years I've had a lot of injury due to the sports I do,which has taken me all around the world. So I've been to physio's in a lot of different country's and a lot in New Zealand. From my experience you go there they give you exercise and maybe ultra sound and send you on your way with the next visit to check your doing your exercise and that's it ,sometimes lasting just ten minuet's . But a booking with Physio Pilates Evolved they really get down to why the injury happened or has reoccurred. They are generally after a result. With the Pilates gym upstairs making it the perfect place to strengthen and train your body to prevent future injury . So I would recommend Physiotherapy Pilaets Evolved the best place to over come injury or prevent it happening again
