Ordered wine on Sunday afternoon by internet to be delivered locally in Christchurch. Ordered from a Christchurch firm as I live in Auckland. By Wednesday lunchtime it had still not been delivered. Phoned the shop and it had still not left the shop. Promise they will deliver on Wednesday afternoon. I would have had a far quicker delivery from my Auckland wine merchant.........I know I have done it before and it was effortless. Thursday morning I phone again as it still has not been delivered .Now it is with the courier. When will it get to the recipient? 4 days so far and we still can't manage a local delivery. Do not use this firm .The half star is for answering the phone which is the only service I have had from Vinofino so far.
