I experienced exceptional customer service from Zane at Europica Tlles in March 2012. I was hunting high and low for light grey floor tiles to complete the tiling of my entrance. I needed a close match to existing tiles that I had purchased from a retailer that had shut up shop after the eafthquakes. I was despairing of finding a match when I walked into Europica Tiles in Mandeville Street, Unlike many consultants I encountered that day, Zane took an immediate interest in my plight and was knowledgable, friendly, empathetic and searched through his extensive catalogue to find a good match for me. He even carried the sample to my car. I can definitely recommend Zane to anyone looking for a personable, friendly, helpful and professional design consultant.
