Unfortunately whilst endeavouring to get a relationship with this local business, and requesting samples to be supplied, nothing out of the ordinary, after waiting over a week, i was told by very aggressive sales person that we are not interested, as we have customers that we give precedence to as they are existing. Unfortunately for them, the demand for the product that we supply packaging for, has had a world wide response and i don't want to go to China to source. Today on ringing i was told that the manager was away (and some personal information which i didn't need to know and wouldn't expect my staff to comment on, to business customers), can i help? To which my answer was no, when i requested a message to be left, the comment was : well good luck he may get around to ringing you. I find this extraordinary, as obviously there is a power base issue here. Sadly my options are becoming more limited. Any suggestions for them? I am at a loss, as my staff, are there to grow the business and themselves, without the attitude.
