Not good service. The lady in Merivale was rude. Not recommended.

I would prefer to give 0 stars but the scale will not allow it....Just the mention of Taylors Master Valet Dry Cleaners leave a bad taste in my mouth. The last two times I have taken clothing items to Taylors Master Valet Dry Cleaners on Wairakei Road they have ruined them The first a brand new cream silk shirt was turned pink with no explanation what so ever. The second time my silk skirt had the colour lifted out of it. Because my skirt is not new - even though it has only been used on a handful of occasions Master Valet Dry Cleaners on Wairakei Road are only willing to refund me half of its original retail value. Generally good customer service can go along way to appease customer dissatisfaction. I have never written a review in my life but following the appalling treatment and attitude I received from Steve at Master Valet Dry Cleaners Wairakei Road I feel I have to convey his ignorance and rude behaviour. If you love and cherish your clothes like I do - take this note as a warning. Taylors cant clean silk and then when they do ruin your clothes they take no responsibility for it and are just plain rude.
