I givezero stars! We had the worst experience and would advise people to make sure before entering a contract! My fiance and i recently moced to Pukekohe, and had bad customer service at another company, and decided to find out about vodafone... We contacted the sales team, and were told it would take a mere 5-7 days toinstall our telephone line and broadband. We even asked if there would be a xhance to get it sooner as we are internet dependant. But were assured 5-7 days would be the quickest. So after talking it through we decided that another week would not be that bad. So we contacted them and took the deal. 5days later we contacted them to find out when the modem would arrive and to try to find out what time the technitian would arrive. We were told only then that Pukekohe does not have enough ports and that we are on a waiting list. I mean seriously! If they had told us that it would take anything from a week to a year, then we would have tried another option like wireless. So basically we were led into a contract with vodaphone under false pretences! And when we asked why they did not tell us, or atleast give us an option of wireless, we were told sorry, they will put us through to the sales department. Seriously! We since then cancelled everything by vodafone. Please make sure before you enter a contract with them! They just waited a week of our time, and wouldn't recommend them, but would not want anyone else to fall into this trap!
